Had a great day today at the farmers market, and a great basket from Bountiful Baskets this week! Bountiful Baskets - got bananas, melons, oranges, green apples, white peaches, green grapes, lettuce, cabbage, broccoli, cherry tomatoes, giant carrots and cucumbers. Also got the Asian packs which included two kinds of asian cabbage - bok choy and another one - plus green onions, yellow onion, garlic,dried chilis, ginger, celery and more broccoli. I also got the sourdough bread. Plus some Armenian cucumbers from a neighbor. From the Farmers Market, I picked up some Moonshine jelly, blackberry peach jam, more black and blue jam (blackberries & blueberries), more Rose Gardenia jelly, a sweet jalapeno jelly (different from last weeks spicier jalapeno jelly) and some Cherry jam. And a HUGE jar of the most wonderful bread and butter pickles. I also shared some of my sourdough bread with my Farmers Market buddies and paid for a vendor spot for the Artisan Market on August 2nd. So I guess I am committed now.
