Had a great morning tea at my old school where I taught from 1979 to 2003. It was a special morning tea for past Glenmore State School staff and friends. Thanks to all those who worked so hard to make it a wonderful experience. The displays of past staff photos and documents brought back feelings of the good times and how quickly our lives have passed. Catching up with colleagues makes me feel like it is a family gathering. John Peach who was the principal for most of my years at the school, attended and it is amazing how he still has the respect of so many past staff even after all these years. What does this say about leadership?
