Had a wonderful day time with old friends and brand new friends. Worked with 64 yo man who has been in a wheel chair for ( 3 months .broken ankle. I was twisted . flipped and flopped. He has been out of his chair for a week or ten days. Never lost a step.his balance was good. The young guns in class were pretty durn good themselves. Ok I will pay for it tomorrow. Coming home.back stiifened up pretty much.and I got to ride home in the rain. Oh and guess what! ! I was once again allowed the extreme pleasure of wet socks . Thanks to hot springs crew and to ron and of course karen. Truth is I think I have got to extend my - 15 min training sessions 3 times a week. I did that to just maintain a degree of speed strength and accuracy.need more bag tine and partner time... horse lineament would be a wise investment as eell.
