Had a word with a survivor : 1) Govt is taking very less actions in saving people 2) unlike him there are plenty others who took shelters at higher altitudes after hearing cloud bursts [ 2 in # ] they are still not being saved and its been 7 days since then 3) people have taken shelter on tree tops and have holded them from getting washed away 4) tempratures are very low at night and clothes are all wet . 5) Initially they went with small sized choppers and now they are flowing bigger choppers . Huge Mismanagement .# RIP India
