Had an awesome time at our Tropical Party last night. I was actually quite nervous about doing a Beachbody presentation, but it went really well. I love showing people ways to get fit and healthy, because it means they will feel better about themselves and live better lives! I found it just natural to share my stories of weight loss success (and steps backwards). And, of course, my wonderful hubby was there cheering me on :) Such a blessing to me.
