Had an interesting conversation with a very intelligent young man the other day. He didnt feel that national and local politics were related, more specifically, that national politics should have no place in local issues. I had to disagree as national politics draws strength from local people just as a tree does from its roots. When it comes to Obama and what he has done to America.....EVERY Democrat shares the blame. You are a member of the party just as a Nazi Party member was a tool for Hitler. Your continued loyalty is your seal of approval and his license to continue to destroy the nation. Republicans are only slightly higher on the de-evolutionary scale in my opinion and the Republican Party as whole can kiss my ass. I may support a few candidates here and there but as for blanket support or ANY funding....dream on. At our local level, we need to start putting together candidates from the Independent Party and Tea Party. Further, maybe its time to start a Veterans Party. We need to fix our local machines in order to defund and destroy the national ones.
