Halloween lunch. Cheap and tasty, a london broil medium rare, potatos au gratin, fresh salad with blue cheese. the key with any meat sold as London Broil is to keep in minds its a tougher cut, usually flank or the like, so dont overcook that beef! let rest and slice thinly across the grain. I pan sear mine then stick it in a 280f oven while i reduce stock wine and herbs, adding roux at the end, for a gravy. Happy Halloween!
