Happy Easter everyone…. in the spirit of New Life & Rebirth, I am thankful for my family, my daughter Bryanna Yvonne & the man who helped me give her life 15 years ago, Herb Smith. I am thankful for new opportunities & people in my life, including Dr. Michelle Renée Victoria: Integrative Psychologist one of my biggest cheerleaders who faithfully believes in my vision with regard to Diva Docs, Kyree Terrell my wonderful inspirational, driven, artistic, creative friend, who has given me the opportunity to become executive producer/business partner of Singledom Series (I am so inspired by this man, who is so passionate about his work, his creation), Valerie Crabbe, who I have just met a few weeks ago, but already know we are meant to do some amazing things together, Robin Dickerson, who I also only just met, but feel grateful in meeting her, and hearing her story, and also feel that I will do some great things with her. So many people to be thankful for… I would be remiss in not mentioning other people, who although not new in my life, I appreciate everyday. My #Melbadelphia peeps, who support my vision, Stacey Rodriguez-Lilly (you always have my back & I love you), Morgan Taylor (my brother from another mother), Ayiro (Pronounced Arrow) - Producer (Prince W Turner III - thank you), Patrice Banks & LeRena Major, I couldn’t do it without you all. My other DivaDocs, Taylor Pam, who had the foresight to protect my trademark & future business, DrZakia Kia, Dani Babb, DR. Joy Edwards, DrTina Scott, Charice Wofford, Rosalyn P. Pitts, Sha-Rese Moore, & Nicole Dhanraj. I must mention my friend, mentor, and owner of WDKK Radio, Darryl Williams, who believes in my vision and gives me the platform to broadcast what I envision, and my musical Aussie mentor Chris Doheny. I am thankful for Tyema Ace Sanchez, who welcomed me into her Girltini & Pink Soldiers Foundation, through which I receive inspiration and humor everyday. My friends who always have my back Rachel Legere, Chiquita Elizabeth Green, Andrea Ibsen, Deb Bains, Jen Eagles, Kim Fersner, Karen Foust, Zivanka Byrne - all my girls who know my deep dark secrets, and love me no matter what, despite all my faults. I am thankful for my family back home, my dad John OKeefe, my sister Narelle OKeefe, my brother Juzz OK, his lady Ayak Mawien and my nieces, Stella & Ruby…… I am especially thankful for my mothers influence on my life, although she has been gone over 20 years, her spirit influences me everyday…..I know I may have not mentioned everyone, but if you reach out and let me know, I will take care of it, and include you in a follow up mention I anticipate happening.
