Happy New Year to everyone! Home Watch Fl Keys is happy to announce we have added two additional services to our company. A key holder service which means we will hold the key to a residence of owners who are not interested in a Home Watch business but need someone to hold a key to their residence in case of emergency or if they have anticipated deliveries or repairs being done to the house. We also have partnered with Evolve Vacation rentals to do the ground work on vacation rentals by owners who need ground support to open and close the residence meet the renters and also make sure the home is clean and available if the renters need someone to call.
