Happy Sunday of Dreams everyone! Unfortunately we were rained out of our session this morning - wahhhh ! But that doesnt mean your day cant be dreamy! If your staying indoors, heres some ideas of what you can do in your own lounge room, that doesnt require any equipment: 1. Lower Body: (repeat 3 times with a 60 second rest in between sets): a) (DEEEEEP) Squats X 12-15 b) Alternate Lunges X 12-15 (Each leg) c) Quad Busters X 20 (Muuaahhhahaha) 2. Upper body: (repeat 3 times with a 60 second rest in between sets): a) Push ups (try and do a few from your toes first!) X 15 b) Dips (use your coffee table!) X 15 3. Core: (Why not do Ooh La Las famous, and your favourite core pyramid!!) a) Scissors X 50 b) Bicycle Crunches X 40 c) Crunches (Legs bent, in the air) X 30 d) Leg Raises (Keep those legs straight!) X 20 e) Back Extensions X 10 Rest 30 seconds and we are going back up! a) Back Extensions X 10 b) Leg Raises X 20 c) Crunches X 30 d) Bicycle Crunches X 40 e) Scissors X 50 Whoop! If you have some stairs in your house, do a few laps. If you have a skipping rope, spend a few minutes skipping getting your heart rate up or if you are game to go out in the rain go for a run for some cardio! - Dont forget to warm up before your workout and cool down with a stretch after.
