Happy Thanksgiving eve to all of you! We hope you have a wonderful holiday in which we give thanks and theres much to be grateful for! But we know there are some who feel so down and alone during the holidays, and for those of you feeling such feelings, please reach out to someone... even if its a phone call to a friend. The holidays, though associated with joy, can also be a time of darkness for many. Many tend to experience depression, especially with the decreased amount of sunlight.
