Happy Thanksgiving to all of you Project People. So with what is happening in Ferguson today...does it make any of you wonder how this compares to our lives? We all had nothing but happiness and strong family values. Our parents were Police, Fire, Edison or Gas company employees. All jobs no one wanted back in the day and all jobs that you had to work overtime or details in order to make it. Having what we had, or didnt have, did nothing but instill in all of us that we wanted MORE for our families. It made us who we are today. It gave us drive and desire to be more successful in life. Not sure that is the right word because I see our parents as successful for what they gave us. No regrets for sure from any of us, just happiness in memory. So where did that desire to provide MORE for your family go wrong today in some of these communities? No one owed us anything...why do people feel like they are owed something? Happy Thanksgivng to all...
