Happy Thursday, Cousins…. It’s 56 degrees outside of the Hotel Mope-ifornia (thanks Gail!). We will hit the mid 70s today with lots of sunshine. Grab the beach blanket and Coppertone and head to the pool. Wait until the ice melts, which should be around 2 p.m. We have no delays or incidents to report. Officer Atha arrested a drunken driver last night. The driver tested a .217% BAC. Yikes. Great job, Officer Atha! Today is NOT my birthday. We all have a long time to wait, so grab some Thin Mints and milk. Happy Birthday to Napoleon Bonaparte. He was a short little fella with a great big army. That is never a good combination. He was the Emperor of France. He invaded lots of countries, got invaded by lots of countries and was even banished to an island at one point. If my bosses ever wan to banish me to an island, I will take that punishment. Banish away. Happy Birthday to Beverly Lynn Burns. If you have never heard of her, I can help. She was the first women ever to pilot a 747 jet. That is one heck of an accomplishment. I once ran my Wheel Horse tractor up a tree because I forgot about the whole “clutch” thingy.
