Happy birthday to my Chef son Mark Ceccio. He is 37 today. Song playing on the radio was Tonights the Night by Rod Stewart. Went to the Army hospital Fitzsimmons in Aurora (suburb of Denver). There was a colonel on duty and I kept telling this baby is coming but he did not believe me so I barely made it to delivery before Mark was born, Naturally. Easiest birth of either three of my sons. Best disposition baby and happy till he went to the base nursery one time while I went to the doctor. Everytime someone would come near his crib to pick him up or play with him, he would scream as if they were going to cut his legs off. He loved his mamma and did not want anyone taking care of him except me. He is a good man, great heart and awesome cook today and I have so much fun with him when we get together. Hey Mark; remember the Chicken truck we were behind on the way to Georgia? We were all gagging. Truck finally turned off. Twenty minutes later, Mark looked at me sniffing and said, Where is it?; I smell that ******* chicken truck. And there it was coming out from another road to join us again and got in front of us. We had to follow him again for at least 30 miles till we could pass him. Laughing at Mark and gagging from the awful smell of the chicken truck.........fun times.
