When you call use let me know youre an SF Vegan :) FALL WINEMAKER DINNER WITH WAIT CELLARS & DEVOTO CIDER devotogardens/ waitcellars/ On Wednesday, October 29th, Eric and his team will be preparing 6 courses sourcing fall produce from small farms of Sonoma to pair with Wait Cellars wines and cider from Devoto Gardens & Orchards! Wait Cellars is a California winery leasing space at the Bluxome Street Winery in San Franciscos SOMA district. Bob Wait founded Wait Cellars in 2005 and he produces limited amounts of Pinot Noir & Chardonnay from carefully chosen fruit--much of which comes from Devoto Gardens and Orchards in Sebastopol. Bob follows a non-interventionist, old world approach (no enzymes, fining or filtration for example) which results in a beautiful natural expression of the varietal and the vineyard. Together with their three daughters, Stan and Susan Devoto have grown over 50 varieties of heirloom apples, specialty cut flowers, and pinot noir grapes. Eric is thrilled to have the opportunity to cook with their heirloom apples and pair 6 courses with wine and cider from these unusually unique producers. With Bob Wait, Jolie Devoto-Wade & Chef Eric Tucker at your table, there will be great conversation about food, cider and wine!
