Happy we have the rent money scraped together, nervous because I have to ask them why we have a balance forward on our account (we paid in full on time last month; but I cant find the receipt so I cant prove it, I can only ask and see if there is something else going on). I am so anti-confrontational, even though I know avoiding conflict really just PROLONGS conflict, and I am just asking a question and not making a demand or trying to get money back, I am still REALLY dreading this. Like a lot. Like a whole lot. I am, however, looking forward to having it over with; and I am cautiously optimistic that they will be able to explain what happened (have no hope of them removing the charges, but an explanation would be nice). They did the same thing last month too; but I wasnt 100% sure about not paying late the month before so I didnt bring it up (though I was reasonably sure, I wasnt positive). This time I am sure we paid on time, I just cant find the proof of it. :/
