Happy weekend everybody. I took this reading on Thursday. Ive got alot of mixed feelings about this. 1st- I do not have an issue with my body per se. I do not want to weigh this amount but I understand why I do. 2nd- I realize what I am doing wrong and Im taking the proper steps to fix it. 3rd- I think I would be a bit too skinny at 142 as the paper suggests. Lol. But I am definitely shooting for around 150 . 4th- I have a few friends in this group that always cheer me on for the physical actions that I will do during my workouts. And I guess I just wanted to share this with everyone to perhaps get a better understanding that we all have our pitfalls. I plan on posting a new weigh in every Thursday or Friday. I have been rather lax since the beginning of the year and after a good hour long workout today I feel I am back going in the right direction. We all have our motivators that work for us. Whether its an encouraging word, send to support us, or a good kick in the pants! And as always I encourage everyone in the group to feel free to speak of any issue they may have that they feel is getting in the way of whetr they want to be. Thanks for listening to my long windedness. ;-) Hope you all are having a happy healthy, relaxing weekend.
