Harrisburg area friends: Please explain to me why its nothing to worry about when someone gets shot in Hampden township, but when someone gets shot in Harrisburg city, the city is to be avoided at all costs because it is unsafe? Notice I didnt use the term accidental shooting. Unlike the idiot media in this area, I know there is a very specific sequence of events one needs to take to make a firearm discharge.
