Has anybody (with children) gotten an uncontested divorce? I filed the paperwork in June, but the circuit clerk is telling me that i need to file something else and pay another fee in order to see the judge. she was very vague and would not tell me what i needed to file. i was under the impression that once i filed, the court would process it and schedule the hearing. this doesnt sound right to me. does anyone have any input as to what i need to do next?
