Have I got a leg workout for you!! In the video you will see an example of each set while doing sumo squats! Here is how it works: Set 1 - 20 reps Set 2 - pulse 20 times Set 3 - hold position for 30 seconds Follow this for each of the following moves and your legs will be...............ON FIRE!! Sumo squats Regular squats Right Leg lunges Left Leg lunges Right leg lifts - stand in first position, ties turned out and lift right leg up & down; no higher than hip level. You can put arms out for help with balance. Left Leg lifts - same on right just using left leg Right leg Butt lifts - get down on all 4s and lift your right leg in a bent position with heel going towards ceiling. Left leg Butt lifts - same as right just on left leg Right Side Plank Leg lifts - lay down on your left side, left leg bent, right leg straight down and raise up on your left elbow. Life right leg up and down. Left Side Plank Leg Lifts - same as right just on left leg Dont forget to stretch when your finished!!
