Have Oxygen hunger? As you know I am taking a series of 10 hyperbaric treatments and these people at New Focus in Great Neck have the clear glass units with 100% oxygen. Two hospitals quoted $2000 per time (and we wonder why health care costs are so high!) and the freestanding Queens Hyperbarics quoted $250, with a possible $200 per session if I go 10 times. The HBOT tech at Maimonides told me about this Groupon deal by New Focus is $199 for 5 treatments and will more than cover the costs of transportation to Great Neck. That is less per session than the cheaper soft chamber low oxygen units.
