Have just been around Plymouth city centre, what a state that independent quarter is, firstly it is filthy, secondly every other shop is a multi national, Kentucky fried crap, McDonalds, shoezone, I could go on and on. Dont get me wrong I dont think everything has to be spotless, but clean would be a preference if you are paying excessive rates. Plymouth city council should be ashamed of themselves, I could get a load of top independent craftsmen in that independent quarter I a shot, bet they would just say whatever, I as most people could do a better job than that lot.
