Have you ever had that awful craving for something you know you should not eat? Did you know, fast food has many different added chemicals for flavour and taste that also to make you more addicted! Taking the time to pre-cleanse before your reboot is very important as these cravings can come whilst juicing and ruin all your hard work. Try eating nuts, fruits (banana is a good one) and veggies before giving into your craving. Drink a few glasses of cold water. This will help curb craving and also satisfy the taste buds! Also watching "food inc" or "Supersize me" is another great way to put you off fast food.
