Facebook isnt responsible. A fact about myself, I suffer from anxiety. I used to experience panic attacks, over irrational things, things that in my mind couldnt be helped. Its been almost 6 years since Ive experienced a panic attack 😄. I still worry, and overthink- everything. I can cope with that though.
