Have you worked out today? I know its Saturday, and its hard to get up and do some sort of exercise. Trust me, I agree. But today I did 48 minutes of Piyo and then finished with this exercise that Im linking below to work my lower abs. This exercise incorporates a lot of lower ab exercises and if you keep your shoulders elevated and your neck and head up, you will not only work your lower abs, but the rest of your core as well. It also includes movements of cardio between each ab exercise to really get your heart rate up and your sweat going. I could really feel it by the time I was done-I definitely give this one two thumbs up. Its only 15 minutes, you have 15 minutes somewhere in your day to do this I know you do. Theres no room for excuses anymore! Get it done, I promise you will love the end result if you just keep pushing yourself!
