Havent had a chance to upload photos of the sandwiches I had at the fair the last two days. Took some recommendations and got the brisket sandwich from Smittys BBQ. Beef was really tender and the original BBQ sauce is flavorful without being spicy, a little pricey at $7 but it was still good. The walleye sandwich from Toms Tasty Taters was only $6 and it was also pretty good. I dont usually like fish, but this was flaky, not fishy and it was light on my stomach. A little too much bread for my taste, but I just took the top bun off. I havent gotten their tasty taters yet, but they look great and they have a lot of sauces/seasonings to put on them. Its my last day to eat at the fair! I am so sad...but ready to not be consuming lots of calories that I have to burn off by walking around constantly :)
