Dear Hartnell Community, On Thursday, October 17, 2013, the Incident Command System (ICS) Team will carry out an Emergency Response & Evacuation (E.R.&E) drill sometime between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on the main campus at 411 Central Avenue, Salinas, CA. The time and location are Top Secret in order to test how Hartnell College responds to any critical incident utilizing communication and coordination with other responding agencies and organizations as part of the plan. The drill will last up to three hours and will consist of command and general staff as well as operations and logistics teams. When the drill is in effect, please remain calm and follow instructions from the team leaders.
