Health Testimony Years ago when I was taking my youngest son to speech therapy I met another parent there and got to talking to her. She had two sons with autism, one who didnt speak at all. Over time she was telling me that she added Omega 3s to her sons diet. She already was being careful with what they ate and was very health concsious. Well, she said she had an unexpected result for adding in the Omega 3s. Not long after, her son began to talk! She truly didnt expect that, she just heard it was good for the brain. Our brains need the good fats and dont usually get enough in our diet. -Sandra White
