Heard a particularly tough case today at jury duty. The 9-1-1 call from the grandmother and the subsequent pictures had such an affect on me, that during lunch, I actually broke down. Because I wasnt allowed to make a phone call, I did send my mother a text here on Facebook and told her that I loved her very much. If your mother is still here or not, even if you are angry with her (which I am not by the way - we have a great relationship), call her and tell her you love her. Shes the only mother you will ever have and Im grateful that I still have mine in my life.
