Hello Everybody. I am on a journey with #loss4gain and I have two videos out there right now. These are done for a couple of reasons. They keep me accountable and it updates my family, friends and loved ones where I am on the journey for one.The most important reason is that I am hopeful these videos might speak to you if you are having the same issue or similar and encourage and edify you to make the necessary changes in your life.
