Hello Everyone... hope you all be doing fine.... Here is the whole procedure how to validate your account on HEC for having laptops.. 1. go to this link and find your name... pmnls.hec.gov.pk/?city=6&university=9&filter=1&Submit=Filter+Result 2. infront of your name there is written incomplete record click it and fill the required data.... enter that CNIC nmber that you gave at the time of admission. (if it says invalid CNIC... ignore it!) 3. now submit it u will receive an email having email ID and password. 4. now go to helpdesk.hec.gov.pk/ and add both ID and password here 5.upload your picture and fill the asked questions and update it. Done! hope it helps you all as Ive clearly defined now..
