Hello FB family...... I got sprung today! Quite honestly, if the hospital wasnt so full I would probably still be there..... what can I say..... I ran..... ok, walked..... out of there!. Where to start..... ok, my official diagnosis is COPD-EXASPERATED by Bronchitis and Influenza.... leading to Congestive Heart Failure. In short..... I got Bronchitis on 12-28-14.... didnt go to the Dr when I should have and ended up also catching the flu..... it was too much for my damaged heart and lungs..... I wasnt getting enough oxygen. After several rounds of IV steroids, heavy duty antibiotics and many breathing treatments..... I am learning what to do so I can breathe and exercise at the same time!!!. For those who dont know..... I have continued to smoke, even after my heart surgery.... hi, my name is Deanna and I am an idiot..... however, I still have time to quit and lead a healthy smoke-free life..... and that is what I chosen to do. There is truly no way that I will ever be able to thank all of you for your prayers, kind words of support, etc. So.... here it is..... THANK YOU ALL FOR EVERYTHING..... I COULD HONESTLY FEEL YOUR ARMS AROUND ME, GIVING ME THE STRENGTH TO KEEP GOING..... EVEN WHEN I DIDNT WANT TO ANYMORE. YOUR PRAYERS HELPED ME BACK TO MY FAITH..... FOR THAT AND SO MANY THINGS, I HUMBLY SAY..... THANK YOU ALL.... FOR EVERYTHING!!! I still have Bronchitis and Flu.....I came home with 4 new Rx at least temporarily!. I have a follow up on 1-14-15. Will keep you updated as I put all my energy into healing this somewhat broken body and quit smoking. I love you all..... very. Much!!!
