Hello Family and friends, been a few days since posting as the inner journey required two days of walking in quiet to reflect on the inner lessons of life. I decided yesterday it was time to walk on my own to reach the refection of mirror mind within. I walked the Camino trail 22,kilometres to Tricastela, then onto Samos which was another 10.5 kilometres away. I did not walk this extra 10 Ks yet rather than put the body or more so the feet through extra trauma I decided to taxi it there and have the afternoon to rest and prepare for the next journey in silence to Sarria, another 16 is Ks the next day. Samos is a quaint village and holds the oldest Monastery in Spain, it is spectacular, these pictures do not do it justice. The walk was quicker than thought and I arrived doing 5.5 ks an hour had a high energy day. Today I reflected alot as the trail from Samos to Sarria is a very quiet one which I enjoyed. I heard Intuition speaking loud and clear. The message in the lesson for today was Trust + Truth = Tranquillity. There are three keys to follow and those who know me or follow me on my own forum Coaching Cafe know about the keys which presented 3 months ago, well they presented themselves 3 days ago physically. Since then it has been symbolically. It represents the 3 chambers of the heart opening. These resorted to the the three Ts above, trust, truth = Tranquility. Let the lesson unfold. Blessings.....
