Hello Friends, This is Chef Perry Wenzel. I am happy and privileged to announce that as of today at 9:00am, I am the new and proud owner of John Bozman`s Bistro. I WISH TO THANK TYLER AND CARLA HILL for being the best employers anyone could ask for during the past 24 years. We have virtually become family and will be part of each others lives for ever. I am so excited and eager to get down to work as the new owner. I have a multitudes of new and exciting ideas for the next chapter of the Bistro. I dont want to worry our loyal customers who have been coming for years. The same great things you love about the Bistro will NEVER change. I have been there a very long time and our style is part of who I am. The first big change is that by overwhelming popular demand, we are bringing back Bozman`s best Sunday Brunch. Our first one begins on Mother`s Day. Please stay tuned for future developments. We will be announcing many of them right here on facebook first!
