Hello Inspirations! Here is a little food for thought about keeping your momentum rocking through these 8 Weeks and beyond..... With your health youre either in a rut or a rhythm. A rut leads to boredom and a rhythm leads to consistency. Were all creatures of habits and love being comfortable (whatever that means) and that comfort is what leads to ruts. The key to winning with your health is challenging yourself at a 1% pace....not too fast so it becomes overwhelming, but enough positive pressure that you expand your horizons and test your boundaries. As you take on this weekend, first define if youre in a rut or rhythm, if youre in a rut get out of it and find your rhythm. If youre already in a rhythm then find news things to do with your food & exercise to keep it fun and prevent falling into a rut. This balance of boredom or consistency will always be there, its up to you to keep it in check and stay ahead of the curve!
