Hello, I’ve been following you on tumblr for quite a while now and seeing your offer was like a sign from above. I love crossfit and lost a ton of weight last summer. It was incredible and I can’t remember being happier. During my last semester of college I got injured, lost a lot of motivation and let myself go. Now that I’m back at my box I find myself facing a pretty big mental block as I fight to get back to where I was at the end of last summer. Even though we have never communicated before, I think It would be very beneficial to register for the Mental Block series. I’ve secretly wanted to be part of the community you’ve created but never had the guts to speak up. I always thought that if I was a strong person I’d be able to get through any of my obstacles by myself, but lately, I’m finding that’s not the case. Thanks for this offer, it sounds great! I think injury can produce rich soil for a mental block. Once we hurt ourselves, we can become afraid. A common example of this is when we scrape our shin from a box jump. Then having a mental stutter the next time we have to do box jumps. Also, whenever we lose momentum in life in general, a lot comes up for us emotionally as we try to get back on track. We begin to doubt if we can get there again, which is a mental block. Hope this program helps you explore your blocks.
