Hello My Dear Beautiful Friends ~~ Thinking of you this evening and sending out loads of love and hugs for you. What began as a rainy and overcast day turned into such an amazing early evening here in Wisconsin. Weve had so much rain here and hot weather, those mosquitos have also invaded us. Suicide loss is very different from any other loss of death. All deaths cause profound grief, but with suicide of a loved one, the journey of pain from the loss devastates lives. For parents who have lost a child to suicide it is even more heartbreaking, it is different than missing anyone else who died and my heart hurts heavy with pain knowing how many parents our here in the world carry this with them. Our children are a part of us, they are our heart, our hopes and dreams. Not only are children a physical part of us, but also they are our soul. When parents have lost their child, the sense of purpose for life to have meaning seems diminished forever. Every day someone writes to me and most of the time it is a grieving Mother or Father who has had their life forever changed by their sweet childs suicide. I would like to take this time and ask for everyone to pause for a moment and remember those grieving parents. They need our love ,support and prayers.
