Hello #Runners. We’re looking for people who have achieved significant weight loss through their running combined with some other method or motivational driver. It could be that you went public with your plan and got sponsored to lose weight, or that you signed up for a race for the first time, which added structure to your training. It could be that you started keeping a detailed food diary, or using a calorie-monitoring app, or that you took a photograph of yourself every day...anything that was a key to your success, along with the calorie-burning of your runs.
