Hello Team! Im going to be posting Britnes Plexus 101! Please read/watch and learn! Lets make 2015 great! PLEXUS 101 Day 1 We added over 50 people to this people to this team so far this month. That is AMAZING! I want to make sure everyone is getting trained. I am going to do a post each day for a month called PLEXUS 101. This is basic training for all of the newbies. If some of you veterans want to participate that is fine too but this is geared for all of our newbies. Some nights I will give training. Some nights you will have homework. There is no pressure at all. You either do it or you dont. We are not going to kick you out of Plexus or this team page for not doing something. The point of this is to help you. I dont want you to feel like you are in this alone. You are NOT in this alone. You have your sponsor, you have your upline, you have me, and you have everyone on this team page. We are all here for each other. DAY 1 I want to congratulate you on investing in your health and your future. You made a great decision. I want to do my best to help you succeed but I cant do the work for you. I can guide you but the rest is up to you. I am going to give you tips and assignments throughout the month. Everybody is different and everybody is on their own journey but I would love to have everyone at $500 in PV and Silver by the end of the month. If you dont know what that means yet dont worry. We will cover the compensation plan later. TIPS * Dont hesitate to reach out to your sponsor. I know when I first started I wondered why my sponsor wasnt reaching out to me all the time, but now that I have over 950 people on my team I get it. As your upline it is very hard to handle everyones team’s. Please if you are a leader, and have a team LEAD THEM!! I work with the ones who want to work. How do I know they want to work - they are reaching out to me. (I am speaking of the ones who I have personally sponsored.) The only way your sponsor will know that you want to work is by you reaching out to them. * Dont get overwhelmed. There will be a lot of information (product, compensation plan, opportunity meetings, trainings, etc.). Dont worry. We dont expect you to know everything your first day or even your first month. We all started the same way...just like you, having to learn everything. I have been with Plexus for 17 months now and I am still learning new things. The point is just to start learning. ASSIGNMENTS (1) Reach out to your sponsor (phone call, text, email) and let them know your WHY. Why did you become an Ambassador? Was it to get the products cheaper? Was it to lose weight? Was it to become healthy? Was it to make some money? Dont worry about your answer. We understand that it is personal. We understand that it is YOUR WHY. We also understand that it will probably change the longer you are with Plexus. (2) Make sure your Auto Qual is turned on. I am not sure if this is by accident or purpose but it needs to be on. Please contact your sponsor if you need help turning it on. (3) Launch your Plexus business on facebook. I know this one is difficult but your friends will never know you are doing Plexus unless you tell them. Your friends can not read your mind. We will talk about posting on facebook later (how, what, frequency, etc.). Know that almost everyone on this team found out about Plexus through facebook and 90% of my business came from facebook. They are your friends and they care about you and want to support you. If you need help with what to say here is an example. Dont forget to get your Welcome Pack out and take a picture of your goodies to add to the post. That makes it personal. I have jumped in with both feet for two very important reasons: 1) Plexus has a set of products that is CHANGING PEOPLE’S LIVES and I wanted to be a part of that! 2) Plexus has a compensation plan that is CHANGING PEOPLE’S LIVES and I DEFINITELY wanted to be a part of that!!!
