Hello UTK class of 2018! This is my first time posting in the group, and unfortunately it is with some bad news. I am sad to say, but I will not be able to attend the fall semester of school. In April I was severely beaten by my boyfriend at the time. I will most likely have to go to trial in a few months for this matter and will have to miss too much class to attend the fall semester. I have spoken to the administration, and they have allowed me to delay my admission until next semester. I look forward to having a fresh start and being able to leave all of this behind me in New Hampshire at the start of the second semester. Im excited to meet you all and hope you will all still welcome me as a part of the class of 2018 in the spring. Also, anyone else who may be in an abusive relationship, and/or a survivor of domestic violence, wants someone to talk to, I am always here to listen. Vols help Vols!
