Hello We are have a room available few 1st in our funky old heritage house in kits . The room is beautiful with its own private entrance, stained glass windows , and hardwood floors. There is a washer and dryer that is shared with the whole house (4 units in all). We have an extra parking spot and lots of storage for bikes. We are a couple who share one room and another guy who just moved in January . Most of us work in the arts. Extremely relaxed and low maintenance. Huge back yard with lots of potential for gardening ... In fact we just built A greenhouse and hope to all work together to have a flourishing garden this spring . As a whole we would describe it as a lively sociable house ... Lots of dinner parties etc must be an animal lover because we have 2 friendly dogs and a cat . The rent is 700$.
