Hello World, I woke up with a headache/Jaw ache, never the best way to start a day. But it rained and the pressure let up, so Im feeling a little better, arthritis is better than any weather man at telling me the weather. Claws and Fangs have retracted. Alan is still hard at work on the Scrambler, hopefully hell finish it today. With all the work, Mike is gonna feel like he got a new jeep when he gets it back. I am doing absolutely nothing, unless listening to oldies and playing on facebook counts, Ill pay for it later but with the bad start of my day I just havent convinced my get up and go to work yet today. I was emptying my camera preparing for Stephen-Brittany Gay Halloween party Friday and thought Id share a few random October moments and places in the lives of The Beaches Color of the day is Red, scent Cinnamon, Theme Communication/Travel. Todays lesson: learning the power of No. Sometimes a single word can change our lives. Today Identify one area of your life where you need to limit your involvement, then use the power of NO, combined with good manners to politely decline further involvement. You CAN care about someone yet limit how deeply you become involved in their drama. If something you are expected to do has become a burden in your life (babysitting for friends or family, pops into my head as a good example.) learn to say NO. Improve the quality of your life with the word NO! Have a great rest of the day, Be Safe! PS. I have no idea what dinner is gonna be, Ill do that Kitchen Witch thing Alan says I do, when its time.
