Hello Yogis/Dancers! I will be offering a Yoga Summer Special in Marameo, June 24-28, 10:00-12:00. We will focus on the experience of breath and how asana can be a gateway to opening up more and more access to it. This week will be a fun and inspiring way to start the summer!
