Hello all! Were looking for someone to take over our lease in the apartment (which is until august 2015). Our place is located at 145 SYMONDS STREET (the building with the big ICONICITY sign at the rooftop). Its on a great location, bus stop is just infront of the building, St.Benedicts church is just behind and there are rows of restos in walking distance. The hospital is just 15mins if you plan to walk ( perfect location if you work in ADHB). The apartment has 2 bedrooms (both have queen size beds and closet) and an ensuite. This is FULLY FURNISHED. Water is included in the rent as well. RENT COST: $460 per week.Parking not included but you have two options: Tournament carpark beside the bldg ($155 per month) or off street parking along St.Benedict Street.
