Hello everyone! I know of a few rooms up for rent if anyone is interested! They are all rooms in a shared flat and all the contracts are able to end in June for anyone that is going home over the summer! 1). Calle de Alberto Aguilera,: 1 room in a large apartment, The room has its own bathroom, and balcony. It comes with a desk, bed, closet, chair (fully furnished). Very diverse roommates (people from Bolivia, Ireland, Panama) and all are younger students. All gastos are included in the cost of renting. Closest metro stops: Argüelles (3, 4, 6), San Bernardo (2, 4). 2). Calle alberto aguilera: 1 room, 270€ a month, well lit room with balcony. This is in the same building as the room mentioned before and very similar but the room is not as big. Gastos included. Closest metro stops: Argüelles (3, 4, 6), San Bernardo (2, 4). 3). Donoso Cortez: 1 room in a 4 bedroom apartment. Has a double bed in a bright room. Would have roommates from: Mexico, Spain, and Germany. 470€ a month with everything included. Closest metro stops: Argüelles (3, 4, 6), Moncloa (3, 6), Canal (2, 7). 4). Paseo del General Martínez Campos: 1 room for 400€ a month with everything included. Very well lit with a double bed. Closest metro stops: Iglesia (1), Rubén Darío (5). All of the rooms have contracts that are until June but can also be extended.
