Hello everyone, I saved 2 GSD cross Doberman puppies about 2 - TopicsExpress

Hello everyone, I saved 2 GSD cross Doberman puppies about 2 weeks before Christmas, they were 5 weeks old and they were to make great Christmas presents >:( their mother abandoned them at 2 weeks because she was too skinny to feed them, they were underweight, malnourished and FULL of worms! I was never in a situation where I could keep them, I wish I was and now, after 2 weeks of bottle feeding them, staying up all night with them, praying they will be ok and 3 weeks of loving them, training them and having them as the center of my world I am forced to find them homes, the male (chucky) Will hopefully be adopted this week but my girl, my Leona, is still in need of a home. I am awful at keeping track of ages but shes about 10 weeks. She has not had her jabs, after the emergency treatment for their worms, the food, milk, supplements etc I just cannot afford it :( She is almost toilet trained! And loves going out to the garden on her lead! She is laid back and calm but still playful, she wasnt handled properly so she can be shy but all that means is she goes under the table and as soon as I say uh oh we lost a Leona! she comes flying out, which is great. She doesnt jump up us anymore but obviously she is a spring if there are visitors! She doesnt chew you or teeth but sometimes needs reminding if shes very excited. Sometimes she pees a little if you pick her up or shes too excited but we just laugh and say oopsie I made you ink! I dont know what else to say, I love her. If there was anything I could do to keep her I would, I would go to the end of the world for her but it would be cruel to work 8 hour days and leave her, to not work and sit on my butt is not an option either! Im 17 And live with my partner on our own, I just couldnt see her go to a stranger at 5 weeks, she deserved better! Now I must find her something better than what I have! There is an adoption fee for her, please private message me for this. I would rather a young couple/person or active family for her, children over 10 BUT again that is not set in stone! Although I do not want her to go to an elderly house hold, she will be big and strong! She has been raised with a cat thats very scared of dogs and a kitten that more than confident and she ignores them both, I also had a foster staffy and an enormous foster Rottweiler when she came and she got on with them amazingly and I own a miniature dachshund and shes very gentle with him too. She will leave with rescue contracts so she will have to be spayed when shes old enough and her potential homes WILL be homechecked! She is my princess, my first puppy and I spent so long bottle feeding her and staying up with her I couldnt bare to loose contact so I would ask if I could stay in contact via Facebook and sometimes call and even visit however I will respect that she doesnt belong to me and will not interfere just say hi. Please, if you can offer her a home or have any questions do not hesitate to ask me! Thank you x
