Hello everyone! I suppose everyone knows Im in the middle of the moving nightmare. I hate moving. -_- Im sure many of you can relate!! But, ILL BE BACK!!! Theres something I wanted to post about thats been rather controversial and Id like to clear some things up, if thats possible. Im not going to name any names, nor reference anything that can be traced to anyone. They will know who they are and understand my reasoning for doing this. Okay, the question is about my Moons. Was I the first to make and sell them. I know that nobody can *own* the Moon, or crescent shape, or anything else like that. But, after doing extensive searching at that time, I found that NOBODY was making or selling Moon Crescent hair sticks/forks, like mine, at the time I began. Therefore, I do claim this specific design as my own intellectual property. For those at LHC, if youre curious, in the self-made hairtoy thread, started by Squiggy Flop, my post entitled : The moon got caught in my hair... , post #1281, March 7th, 2009, 12:19 PM, page 33 in extended page view (meaning you have more posts per page than the default). That exact Moon was sold March 13th, 2009, in my Etsy shop, seen here: https://etsy/transaction/14511645? I do hope this will clear up some confusion, and settle things once and for all.
