Hello everyone. UTMs Middle Eastern Students’ Association invites you to check-in as they take you on A Flight to the Middle East. This year’s cultural show will showcase various Middle Eastern cultures through art, literature, and entertainment. -GATE A: An art gallery of Middle Eastern art, music, poetry, calligraphy, ceramics, paintings, henna, rugs & carpets, books, and imagery. -GATE B: An open-air traditional marketplace (the Old Souq); and a showcase of artifacts from 5 different regions of the Middle-East: the Arab Republic of Egypt (by UTM Egyptian Students Association), Republic of Iraq (by UTM Iraqi Students Association), the Arabian Gulf, North Africa, and the Levant. -GATE C: A Middle Eastern stage where performances from the 5 Middle-Eastern regions and a fashion show will be presented. This is a great opportunity to explore the different cultures and traditions of the different regions within the Middle East. MESA airlines is open to the public. Family and friends are welcome! Boarding passes will be sold for $10 in advance, and $15 the night of, at the check-in desk. We look forward to taking this journey with you.
