Hello fittees!! This morning gentle power walks for 30 mins. A little interval between. Stopping for standing tummy twists 20x3. Standing side crunches 20x2. Knee lifts 20 each leg. Tree press ups 10x4. Squats against tree 1st 35 secs 2nd 45 secs. Then a long stretch concentrating on every muscle group. Calves, quads, hams, glutes, triceps, rhomboids, back muscles (all)! For more detailed stretch and exercise info...you know what to do!!
