Hello folks. As Kathy Summer of Love posted not long ago she has stepped down from her position as the IRF registrar. She did a fantastic job for many years and I thank her for all she has done to make each year a success. I am delighted to step up and take on this task for 2014. Below is the information you need to know to register for the Friday night dinner and jam. Hope to see ya there! Time to Register for the 2014 International Rustfest Dinner at Saratoga Springs Campground. The event will be held on Friday October 24th and will begin around 5. Dinner will be served from 6:30 until 7:30 so please dont be late. There will be no food after 7:30. The dinner price this year is $40.00 per person. Yes this is an increase over past years and is due to SS raising our costs. To pay for the dinner you need to send me money, There are a couple of different ways you can do this, one is by using Paypal. Send $40.00 per person .. go to Paypal and send money to [email protected] Send in US dollars please. If you are coming from outside of North America you MUST use paypal, the bank fees for conversion and collection are too high otherwise. Please send the following information in the memo part of the paypal payment or send in a separate email to me. Names of all attending Handles of those attending if they have one Let me know if you or anyone in your party would prefer a veggie burger instead of the steak and chicken. The other way to pay is sending a money order if you are coming from within the US. Send the same information listed above along with your email address and the money order to the address below. Campers can contact Saratoga directly to make camping reservations, saratoga-springs/CA/camping/ They charge us less then their posted fees. So let them know you are a Rustie. The cost for tenters is 10 per person per night, with a minimum of 3 nights.. The cost for RVs is as posted. We are still negotiating the use of the spots on Hilltop.
